You will be utilising your core skills as an Air Conditioning service engineer, reactive fault diagnostics and installations associated to this company’s core activities. Full commissioning and servicing of HVAC Equipment, Chillers and associated Air Handling Units and other associated equipment.

You will manage and develop elements of the approved maintenance programme, carry out safety and technical investigations and implement fleet inspections or modification programmes in consideration of the manufacturer’s recommendations and regulatory requirements. We welcome people who want to develop their career in both the aircraft maintenance field and the wider aviation community.

You will have a background in IT support up to 2nd/3rd Line level, and will ideally have worked in a field based role or 'on site' dealing directly with internal customers' IT issues.

You will be very much the 'face of IT' in this position, so excellent customer service skills are a must.

You will handle incoming technical support incidents, requests and changes.

You will be an experienced Support Engineer with 5 or more years' commercial experience with excellent knowledge of Windows, Networking and some Mac exposure.

You will ideally have any certs or working towards CompTIA, MCP, MCA, MTA, MCSA, MCSE, CCENT, CCT, CCNA or CCNP
