You will help learners build practical skills, promote safe working practices, contribute to session planning, and monitor and record their progress.

You should have practical construction or engineering experience, relate well to young people and support their individual learning needs.

You will report directly to the Technical Director and be a key part of the technical team, delivering second- and third-line support across the SaaS application, internal systems, and Azure infrastructure.

You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, support internal staff and healthcare customers, and contribute to continuous improvement across platforms and services.

You will part of a bespoke team supporting individuals within their own home.

You will support them as part of a team that works together in ways that are led by the individuals needs. We are currently recruiting for an individual in the Lancaster area who lives in their own home with 24 hour support.
