You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance to tenanted and void properties. Forming part of a team of repair operatives this role will be lone working with occasional teamwork as and when required, therefore using your own initiative is essential. A company van and tools will be provided for business use to enable you to provide a high‐quality service to customers.

You will report to the Directors and liaise with the Principal Software Engineer. The role will primarily be onsite at our Heybridge site, with occasional offsite work required.

You will have no direct line management responsibilities but will be required to train, mentor, and support colleagues on a day-to-day basis and as directed by your manager.

You will be supporting vulnerable young people with mental health needs and challenging behaviours, helping to provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment. This is a rewarding role for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
