You will be office based, working under the guidance of Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers to turn their 2D concepts into 3D Revit models for building services and MEP systems. This role is 100% CAD focused and will see you working across a broad range of projects the company are servicing.

You will produce fully coordinated 3D BIM models, generating 2D/ 3D/ layouts/ sections/ schematics, to include information modelling using Revit MEP, as well as clash detection using Navisworks. Necessary experience: Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks An understanding of the requirement for building services co-ordination

You will be expected to check and amend designs and mentor junior team members. As an MEP Technician you will be expected to complete electrical and mechanical designs for major residential, commercial, healthcare, leisure and retail schemes using Revit.
