3rd Line Support Engineer jobs in Stafford

You will be part of a specialist engineering team providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) across all aspects of Ground Support Equipment (GSE). The role involves developing and delivering engineering solutions to ensure equipment is surveyed, refurbished and maintained in line with standards, often in situations where Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) support is unavailable.

You will be responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on a range of HVAC equipment and ensuring they are completed efficiently and in line with health and safety standards and regulations.

You will need to be skilled in building good mutually beneficial working relationships with Suppliers the art of walking the line between being assertive and friendly to ease negotiations on Price, Delivery and Quality.

You should have an analytical mindset with excellent problem solving skills, be able to work under pressure and take the initiative.

You will provide industry leading service and help us enhance our reputation, whilst driving customer growth.

You will attend our Head Office in Walsall Monday - Friday, where we will coverall things HomeServe, health and safety and provide you with your tools and equipment
