You will be supporting across Primary ages between 11 to 19 years old. Personal care is mandatory within this school. You will support the Education Manager in overseeing the performance of the site and, as part of the senior management team you will be responsible for maximising contract performance, developing curriculum, delivering quality provision and exceeding the expectations of partners and learners in line with the company ethos of ‘Improving Peoples Lives’.

You will lead on quality assurance and improvement, developing and encouraging aninnovative and problem-solving approach to the work of the tutors in order to raise standards and meet challenging targets in line with performance indicators.

You should be motivated to inspire along with a passion for what you do.

You will provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line technical support to users across several sites, ensuring systems run efficiently and downtime is minimised. The role is primarily onsite at the Midlands locations, with some flexibility for home working when needed. Roles and Responsibilities

You will manage a caseload of young people aged 16-19 on the Football study programme. The role includes working with young people to agree their learning plan, monitor attendance, mentoring and coaching.

You should hold or be willing to work towards IAG Level 3 or 4.

Support worker needed to provide support to individuals with learning disabilities. Includes daily living skills, personal care, and community access.

You will deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.

You will help them to book appointments, arrange transport and where necessary, escort them on visits and assist with their shopping.

You will be located within an easily commutable distance from our estate.
