You will guide the HR team, manage employee relations, oversee compliance and processes, and contribute to shaping company culture. You will work in an extremely fast-paced environment where a high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required, even when under extreme pressure. This is a Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700 office-based role. Additional hours will be expected once you pass your probationary period (6-months) and will be paid at time and a half rate or time in lieu.
