You will play a key role in ensuring accommodation is safe, compliant and suitable, while working closely with homeless households, internal teams and external partners to deliver a high-quality, person-centred service. This role reports to the Temporary Accommodation Team Manager and does not include line management responsibility.

You will cover the Surrey and South London area with further afield travel with project work.

You will be required to stay away from home on average two nights per week for project work. All hotel costs are covered by the company, along with a daily meal allowance for breakfast and dinner.

You will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple student living sites, including Seething Wells and Kingston Hill. This is a varied role covering electrical, mechanical, plumbing and general building tasks, with the support of a wider maintenance team.

You must demonstrate a proven track record of building and leading high-performing SE teams that support Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to deliver desired outcomes.

You will manage a varied caseload under the Homelessness Reduction Act, undertake detailed investigations, and work proactively to prevent homelessness wherever possible.
