You will constructively challenge proposals and performance, actively driving opportunities to improve profitability and returns, rather than simply reporting outcomes. Key responsibilities: - Lead the preparation of Group statutory accounts, including consolidation of the six subsidiaries.

You will be joining a close-knit mechanical team where engineers are trusted to work independently day to day but are fully supported by an operations director, managers and team leaders who are visible, approachable and hands on.

You will have access to a dedicated training centre, internal and external courses and manufacturer-led training across MVHR, MEV and PIV systems.

You will be a member of the Clear Voice Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and act as a bridge between MH group finance and subsidiary finance team, coordinating financial strategy, budgeting and investment.

You will contribute to business planning, forecasting, and commercial decision-making to align subsidiary financial goals with wider group strategic objectives.
