You will be a key Member of the activity team and able to communicate in an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful way to visitors, advocating for Welsh Water at all times.

You will work with operational teams, project managers, commercial teams, and local authorities to drive performance improvements, reduce fines and charges (e.g., Section 74, Fixed Penalty Notices), and develop detailed root-cause analysis to inform training, performance management, process improvements, and corrective actions.
