You will support service users in leading meaningful and fulfilling lives, assisting with activities such as shopping, social events, and health appointments.

You will collaborate with families and professionals to ensure a consistent and coordinated service that meets the needs of service users, working both as part of a team and independently in service user homes.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide treatment to clients with mental health difficulties, facilitating physical health clinics and conducting phlebotomy duties. The role offers training opportunities and support mechanisms.

You will provide evidence‐based interventions under the direction of qualified clinicians in various settings including community settings, team base, clients' homes and in‐reach interventions within hospital settings.

You will receive regular supervision both on an individual basis and in a group setting and will work closely with other CNTW services and local agencies.

You must be flexible to work anywhere between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Friday * Experience within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage but is not essential * Experience of training and developing staff in the use of SAGE 200 would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be given.
