You will report directly to the Senior Engineering Supervisor based in Yeovil and support the REACH Obsolescence Programme by providing intermediate-level Configuration Management support. This role has day-to-day responsibility for configuration activities that impact wider engineering and customer teams.

You will work alongside police officers and other partners to tackle crime, anti‐social behaviour, and build strong relationships with the public. Your role is vital in ensuring that communities feel safe and supported. This isn't a role that requires arrest powers; it's about connecting, listening, and resolving issues to make a lasting difference.

You will also help with general administration, reporting and follow-up activity, ensuring actions are completed on time and that the practice remains organised, compliant and well supported.

You will be responsible for day-to-day sales administration, coordinating customer enquiries and orders, and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the customer journey.
