You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding, and full compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Home Regulations. Your focus will be on providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive, while supporting the Registered Manager in leading and developing a skilled staff team.

You must be a great multi-tasker and have a strong background in admin roles. Daily tasks would include; Inputting details onto the school system, pupil admissions, answering phones and taking messages and dealing with parents and pupils. If you are motivated, a quick learner and have great people skills then we want to hear from you!

You will contribute to assessments and interventions including undertaking direct observations, completing specialist risk assessments and care planning.

You must have excellent communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
