Advanced Engineering Apprentice jobs in Northern Ireland

You will approve F&DT deliverables and lead the resolution of F&DT problems through the use of appropriate methods.

You will be responsible for the technical scope of assigned projects and tasks.

You will contribute to engineering solutions and ways of working borne from experience in aerospace, other industries or research environments.

You will join an established team of experienced engineers working on a range of building types across all business sectors including life sciences, defence, commercial, education, industrial, residential, leisure, healthcare and retail, within both public and private domains.

You must be aged 16 years old or over by 1st July 2024. /n- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above, or equivalent, (or expecting to receive these by August 2024), which must include English, Maths and one Science-based subject. /n- Team-player with good communication skills.

You will then progress onto a Level 3 Manufacturing Apprenticeship to achieve the BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at South Eastern Regional College, at Thales you will be documenting your practical trade skills by working towards a Level 3 NVQ in Manufacturing Engineering.

You must have been accepted on a Level 3 Apprenticeship NI in Fire and Security Systems to apply for this role.
