You will also work closely with our regional leadership team and the global chapter leadership to ensure Talent Acquisition is aligned with the business needs in BCG X.

You will manage a team of 50-60 recruiting professionals globally.

You will report to Stacey Beard, BCG X Global People Functions Senior Director.

You will be a key contributor in building and operationalizing customer journeys, shaping persona development, and translating insights into activation strategies across digital and offline channels.

You will lead the Brand Activation sub-team within the Global Brand & Creative Strategy team. In this role, you will work closely with the other sub-team leaders – including Creative Strategy & Design, Brand Strategy, and Operations.

You will also work closely with other functions across the Global Marketing & Communications organization, as well as key business service teams.
