You will lead cross‐disciplinary engineering teams through the full system life‐cycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, technical integrity, and stakeholder alignment. Your structured approach, calm leadership under pressure, and commitment to ownership will be key to delivering high‐performance, safety‐critical systems in a fast‐paced, regulated environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities Signal Integrity Analysis: Perform detailed signal integrity analysis using simulation tools to identify and mitigate issues in high-speed digital and analog circuits. Design and Validation: Develop and validate signal integrity models and designs for PCBs, ICs, and interconnects.

You will ideally be qualified in hardware, electronics or an electronic systems engineering discipline. Some experience in the defence, avionics, aerospace or naval systems industry would be preferred but is not essential.

You will be responsible for delivery of the Engineering Scope of work on one or more of our portfolio of avionic development projects.

You should be able to demonstrate engineering and domain experience in one or more of the aspects listed below: - Experience of FPGA design and implementation for simple functions

You will provide test solutions for highly technical electronic circuits and units, undertake test development strategies and develop test solutions to ensure our products meet all quality and safety requirements within the aircraft.
