You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily whilst being able to explain technical information in a way that is clear and concise. Previous experience using dealership system would be an advantage.

You will be a great team player but be able to also work independently using your own initiative.

You will mainly be providing support to the team of financial planners.

You will prepare valuation reports, maintain internal data bases, process new business and deal with both internal and client queries.

You will navigate and transact on financial provider's websites, attaining policy information from providers etc whilst working alongside the other administrative staff/paraplanner(s)

You will also assist the Associate Director and Partner in client work, the management of the group and on occasions the wider VAT practice. A key part of the role requires the individual to actively seek, and keep the Associate Director and Partner informed about, any new business opportunities arising on existing and new clients.
