advisory systems engineer jobs in Droitwich

You will spend approximately two-thirds of your time working in the office on project design, documentation, and team collaboration, and one-third of your time onsite commissioning and troubleshooting systems. This position requires a strong leader who can mentor junior team members, lead project teams, and work independently as well as collaboratively.

You will own the engineering function across CNC machining, assembly, and test operations, while leading both new product introduction and continuous improvement across existing production lines.

You will control technical direction, capital spend, and team performance across the full manufacturing lifecycle.

You will enjoy a variety of projects and working in a reasonably fast-paced environment where your creativity and engineering know-how will enable you to deliver elegant solutions to customer issues and see your designs brought into operation.

You will ideally have incorporated pneumatic or hydraulic systems into your previous work but other experienced of actuation and control is also helpful.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with standards like BS 7671 and collaborating closely with various engineering teams. A degree in electrical engineering and experience in electrical design within building services or industrial systems are essential.
