You will work directly with care experienced children and young people and those who are involved in Child Protection processes.

You will provide advocacy in the way that the child or young person prefers, which may include face to face support in the community and remote advocacy via phone or Teams.

You must have access to both a stable home broadband service and good mobile signal, a full driving licence and your own transport as well as flexibility with working hours.

You will be able to engage the residents through praise, direction and calmness and have the ability to work with initiative, resourcefulness and passion in order to provide support as part of a motivated team. Ideally you will have experience in a support worker setting and hold, or are working towards, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

You will work closely with all internal stakeholders ensuring product conformity, regulatory standards and records are maintained.
