You will be helping to oversee the design team as well working closely with manufacturing, watching your designs come to life. Tekla experience is necessary in this role, and the right candidate will have experience or will want to gain managerial experience.

You will be changing tools, dealing with quality issues, and helping with process improvement across the site as a valued core member of the team. This manufacturing company were founded over 30 years ago and pride themselves on producing high quality plastic products for industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical.

You will use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to align, fit, and adjust parts to tight tolerances.

You will also carry out quality checks, basic fault-finding, and rework where required to ensure products meet specification.
