You will: * Lead, develop and retain your engineering team of 11 – design, systems and process engineering, workshop, fabrication and technical authoring. Work closely across the business and suppliers to ensure clarity, timeliness and quality of delivery.

You will have responsibility to lead/manage a group of Senior Managers, with delegated principal contractor responsibility for delivery of scope including Enabling works, Major Civils, Networks and Buildings. The role will entail management of a matrix team of wider disciplines forming the project Area Management Delivery team eg: the SZC quality team, safety team and suppliers.

You must have a technical qualification and previously worked in a technical role, perhaps as an Electrical or Electronics Engineer as well as proven experience in business-to-business sales or specification or market development roles within the electrical switchgear or power management industry.
