You will be instrumental in managing contracts associated with sales, customisation, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), and support & services. You'll also work closely with our Sales Team, providing critical support on contractual setups, including negotiating and refining Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) during complex bidding processes.

You will be responsible for ensuring all company products and services meet quality standards before they go to market. As a Quality Engineer, you will also be responsible for: - Ownership of quality processes and product testing procedures. - Working closely with the Manufacturing Engineer to monitor production standards.

You will shape how our engineers build, test, release, and monitor software, ensuring frictionless workflows while keeping ownership of business logic, test quality, and development practices firmly with the product engineering teams.

You will characterise, optimise, scale, and validate the R&D team’s unique ophthalmic production processes, ensuring they are robust, repeatable, and scalable. As this is a completely new optical system, the role requires a high degree of creativity, along with a proactive, hands-on engineering approach to developing novel and often complex production processes.
