You will be required to stay away on a regular basis.

You will work on heavy industrial gears and motors, as well as carry out welding and fabrication tasks. The role involves working both independently and as part of small teams, with a mix of fieldwork across the UK (including staying away when required) and workshop-based work

You should be a fully qualified Electrical Engineer and ideally hold AP tickets in Electrical, but this is not essential as we are prepared to put the successful candidate through all AP tickets if necessary. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain MOD safe systems of work (JSP 375).

You will co-ordinate the SVO and Core Attribute teams to set and ensure target compatibility with programme content across multiple SVO vehicle programmes.

You will be taking responsibility for tracking completion of all attribute activities from KO through to J1.
