You will be based on our client’s site (Belfast or Prestwick - Scotland); a major playerin the Aerospace Industry, and will be responsible for:Evaluating suppliers based on client and regulatory requirements in a selection context. Defining the qualification plan for selected industrial partners.

You will be involved in: - Providing guidance and delegation of tasks to Product Quality Control and Quality Assurance Engineering personnel - Developing and maintaining Quality documentation and procedures - Collecting and analysing data on non-conforming products to enable corrective action to be taken

You will act as the primary technical authority and coordination point for all design and implementation activities.

You will hold a third-level qualification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or a closely related discipline) and have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a Site Engineer or Site Management role.

You will be self-motivated, technically strong, and capable of managing site activities from early stages through to completion.

You will be someone who is experienced in working cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, suppliers, and contractors to implement equipment upgrades, automation, and process optimisation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance reliability.
