You will support people living with dementia to experience dignity, reassurance and meaningful daily routines, while guiding staff to deliver thoughtful, person-centred care.

You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and be willing to continue developing your specialist and leadership skills.

You will bring experience working and supporting young people - ideally in care or education (desirable, but not essential), reflective practice, strong communication skills, collaborative working and an understanding of trauma and attachment.

You will hold a full manual driving licence and be willing to register with the SSSC or work towards the necessary qualifications.
