You will work right at the core of our R&D team, taking novel models from a whiteboard concept to a production-ready tool that empowers scientists to discover new drugs and engineer next-generation materials. You will drive the technical evolution of the clients AI-first platform and serve as their resident AI expert.

You will be a core software engineer architecting the complex systems that make AI useful in production, splitting your time between crafting complex AI processing architectures and hands-on data/backend engineering, with the rest spent doing whatever is needed to ship.

You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.

You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.
