You will also be building and maintaining Finite Element Analyses (FEA) models to extract stresses to be used in the justification of the components.

You will be undertaking a broad range of mechanical assessments, including linear, non-linear finite element analyses.

You will work closely with engineering teams to understand their pain points and translate them into practical solutions — for example, building reusable components like commands, skills, and CI agents; designing and orchestrating custom agent workflows; developing low/no-code agents for faster adoption; and creating and maintaining knowledge bases connected via connectors and MCP servers.

You will deliver to the project schedule and the customer deliverables for the assigned project, have significant input in regular round-table meetings with the Structures Technical Focal Points and other structural engineers on the project.
