You will lead a large, multi-skilled engineering function of around 50 colleagues, including two Team Managers and teams made up of engineers, technicians, technical assistants, and an apprentice. Operating within a 24/7 environment, you will balance hands-on technical troubleshooting with strategic leadership, ensuring automation and MHE systems perform safely, reliably, and efficiently.

You will work within a structured production environment where quality, teamwork and hands-on assembly are central to daily operations. The business offers long-term stability, strong earning potential and genuine progression for engineers who want to develop their skills.

You will be self-motivated IT Support Engineer, a good communicator and have a natural desire to create a fluid environment. The successful 1st Line Support Engineer should have strong problem-solving abilities, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

You will need to be IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep accurate records and place orders.

You must hold a full UK driving licence.

You will need to have the following personal attributes: Good communication skills to liaise with our customers and your internal colleagues
