You will be required to deliver a superior level of support to your learners and work closely with childcare providers to ensure that training provision meets their business needs. In doing this you will be expected to meet organisational targets for qualification achievement rates.

You will be working with an assortment of equipment including electric trucks.

You will be working with everything from small pallet trucks, through to IC trucks, VNA trucks, and automated trucks, you will be required to find, diagnose, and rectify faults, and undertake preventative maintenance on forklifts and other material handling equipment at their customer sites.

You will track children’s progress, support their personal, social, and emotional development, and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment. Collaboration with support staff, parents, and senior leaders will be key to ensuring positive outcomes for all pupils.
