You will support the commercial team in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects from early stages through to completion.

You should hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline and have a genuine interest in developing a long‑term career within the commercial side of the industry.

You will prepare cost plans, bills of quantities, and tender documentation, while also carrying out site measurements and valuations.

You will prepare interim applications, manage project costs, and provide accurate financial reporting to support decision‑making.
