You will work closely with a small, multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing team, developing deep expertise in workshop processes and key equipment while supporting the delivery of innovative engineering solutions. Development Engineer - key responsibilities: Mechanical Design - Supporting the development and refinement of mechanical designs with a strong focus on manufacturability.

You will assist in the implementation of strategic Lean initiatives throughout the Company, leading some Continuous Improvement projects. Main Duties/Responsibilities - Work with manufacturing cell leaders, lean co-ordinator and design engineering to improve process efficiencies

You will oversee the design and manufacturing processes for automated systems, ensuring quality and cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate should have proven engineering design experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in CAD software. This role offers hybrid working and is an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative projects for blue-chip clients.
