You will resolve incident and change request tickets, using your experience and broadening your expertise by collaborating with your team members.

You will identify, analyze, and resolve IT issues, ensuring clear documentation and accurate records of all actions.

You will communicate effectively and maintain close contact with internal and external parties involved.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will receive a full remuneration package in line with the level of this position.

You will be an integral part of our experienced and welcoming Civils Team, working on a variety of significant development and road infrastructure projects.

You will be planning works for our technicians nationwide including logging breakdown callouts and ensuring response times are met, as well as organising the completion of RAMS, permits and other documentation required by customers.

You will also need to ensure that any parts needed are available and delivered to our technicians on time.

You will have extensive experience in food control as you will be responsible for acting as lead signatory for fishery products and composite goods along with: Conducting Official Controls including carrying out checks on imports of products of animal origin and high risk food not of animal origin.

You will be required to work 3 x 10-hour shifts per week, totalling 30 hours per week, these hours can fall any times between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday and the hours will be allocated to you by our resource planner 3-weeks in advance rolling.
