You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and deployment of Student Ambassadors and Mentors. Key relationships involve working closely with the UK Recruitment and Admissions Team , the Directorate Marketing, Recruitment & Engagement , the HR department , the Careers team, and academic colleagues.

You will directly line manage the Student Ambassadors.

You must have the right to work permanently in the UK with a willingness to travel as necessary.

You will live in, or within easy commuting distance of, Oxford. During peak periods, some longer hours may be required and some working across multiple time zones due to the global nature of the programme.

You will be working in a growing department within the Medical Sciences Division. The Department of Paediatrics is a world leader in child health research and hosts internationally renowned research programmes in drug development, gastroenterology, haematology, HIV, immunology, neuroimaging, neuromuscular diseases and vaccinology.

You will be helping define how the game responds to player input, how characters move through the world, and how satisfying the experience feels moment to moment. You'll be a key point of contact for the animation team on the project, supporting the implementation and iteration of animations in gameplay systems.
