You will work closely with Infrastructure and IT Support teams to ensure applications are secure, stable, and continuously improved, managing incidents, upgrades, fixes, and enhancements.

You will be a confident and collaborative leader with strong communication and organisational skills.

You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and advice to commercial clients and carrying out duties in the office such as quotations and estimating. This role would suit someone with a technical engineering background and knowledge of the M&E sector or similar.

You will oversee a blend of BAU and transformation delivery, prioritising workloads, shaping roadmaps and ensuring your team is working on the right things at the right time. While this is a leadership role, you will also take a hands-on approach where needed guiding architecture, reviewing code, or assisting with complex integrations to move projects forward.
