You must have good communication skills and enjoy working with people to deliver person centred care.

You will need to be able to work autonomously, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Experience is preferable, but full training will be given. Ability to use IT systems

You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive rate of £13.00 per hour.

You will be required to register with the SSSC, complete mandatory training within a timeframe and the commitment to studying for an SVQ in Care & Support if you do not already hold this qualification.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of service users and staff within the building. This role will involve supporting staff to provide a high standard of care to service users and to be the lead member of staff when dealing with critical unplanned events which involve contacting Out of Hours Managers and/or emergency services.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working alongside Registered Nursing staff providing the delivery of high-quality person-centred care to people in their own homes.
