You will be working in the Adur, Arun & Worthing Community Rehabilitation Service, which works with adults with severe and enduring mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, paranoid schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder. Physical Health Check Support Workers may hold physical health clinics to conduct BMI assessment, ECGs and various blood tests as requested using venepuncture skills.

You will require experience of supporting Additional Learning Support / SEND Provision and of supporting events to promote community engagement.

You should also have a proven knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams and an understanding of safeguarding vulnerable groups.

You will be required to hold a manual license to operate their mobility vehicle. Clinical Requirements:

You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan.
