You will also ensure that service users are included in deciding the types of crafts and activities they would like to explore, and will plan and prepare for the sessions in advance to make sure that the materials and equipment are ready for each session.

You will reach out to service users to promote the activities including times and dates, and encouraging people to attend.

You must have a good general education and be willing and able to undertake relevant training.

You will be supported to complete the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, which is a requirement of the job role, unless an equivalent qualification has already been achieved.
