Application Support Manager jobs in Bedford

You will hold a small caseload of clients.

You will be required to work 20 hours a week we can be flexible in the days that you work.

You will be based in our South Refuge in Central Bedfordshire.

You will need to be confident using technology for creating and updating support plans, collaborating with colleagues and completing online training

You will also support with personal care while ensuring dignity is maintained, and handle tasks such as administering medication, managing paperwork and keeping the service running smoothly. Previous experience with individuals who have learning disabilities or autism is not essential.

You will be managing two Learning Centre's one in in Ampthill and the other in Bedford, 37.5 hours a weekThe Learning CentresThe Ampthill Learning Centre supports more than 40 adults, the Bedfordshire Learning Centre supports 50 adults, with learning disabilities across the week.

You will be required to understand and able to identify the full product range with the ability to offer alternatives if required and advise on the selection of products where possible.

You will liaise with Field Sales Engineers and other staff to achieve the branch objectives and sales performance and as is normal in a small and dedicated team environment engage in other duties.
