You will independently generate leads, cold call, and convert opportunities within routine customer categories, ensuring commercial decisions align with group pricing policies.

You will also contribute to new product development through field trials and customer feedback.

You will be working with vulnerable young people in a hostel setting helping them with support around housing applications, tenancies and job and education opportunities. The duties include but are not limited too. To complete a support plan with each tenant detailing all elements of support required for their tenancy to be maintained – including any signposting required.

You will work in partnership with individuals to enable them to take active control over their lives and make progress toward their personal goals.

You will work in an anti-discriminatory manner, ensuring that the rights and entitlements of the Service Users are respected at all times.

You will play an active role in risk management, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring individuals receive the most effective support.

You should have a Level 3 qualification in Care (or be willing to work towards one) and strong communication skills to collaborate with customers, carers, and stakeholders.

You will join an established team tasked with the delivery and assurance of maintenance derivation work, maintenance task assessment, level of repair analysis and maintenance tasks instructions. Your role involves collaboration with a range of Internal and External stakeholders including industry partners across a number of Submarine programmes.

You will work in partnership with individuals to enable them to take active control over their lives and make progress toward their personal goals.
