You will be based in West Dunbartonshire CAMHS, at the Acorn centre and will help to deliver an Occupational Therapy Service within a multi-disciplinary setting.

You will be supported by a Lead Occupational Therapist in the role and be part of a wider CAMHS Occupational Therapy Team.

You will be also responsible for providing a full range of clinical pharmacy services and pharmaceutical care directly to thoracic, cardiac surgery, cardiology and orthopaedic surgery patients.

You will provide prescribing support to clinical staff to ensure safe, clinical and cost effective use of medicines.

You will cover shifts to ensure continued high-quality, person-centred care and support during times of annual leave, training or sickness. To build trusting relationships with the people we support, we ask that you ideally pick up 1-2 shifts per week. You'll support individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs.
