You will step into the Manager’s role during their absence, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the home. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): - Leadership & Management: Lead, support, and supervise the care team, providing clear guidance and covering for the Home Manager when required.

You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,856.62 per annum.

You will ensure that practice leadership is developed, recognised and reflected in all we do as you work on shift as part of the working rota enabling you to act as a role model of best practice.

You will be required to take part in the on call system Skills and Qualifications required for the role

You will have good written and verbal communication skills and have a willingness to learn in line with clients needs and expectations. This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
