You will help shape secure-by-design firmware solutions, including: - Secure boot, Root of Trust, and authenticated firmware updates - Threat modelling and firmware-level security risk assessment - Supporting projects aligned with cybersecurity regulations such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)

You will combine embedded software development with day-to-day technical leadership, guiding a team of five engineers and playing a key role in shaping architecture, standards, and delivery across multiple embedded projects.

You should have demonstrable experience in leading teams, supporting both young people and adults with diverse disabilities and a proven ability to identify learning needs, design and deliver individual learning plans, and monitor progress using college systems.

You will work closely with technical specialists, team leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful and high-quality project delivery. Role Responsibilities - Contribute to the delivery of EPR implementation projects across customer sites.

You must have previous experience of implementing a SaaS product and have experience of a full project life cycle i.

You must have experience working alongside project managers, solution architects and system and business analysts
