You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment, driving continuous improvement, and leading a team of engineers to deliver world-class performance.

You will also provide valuable administrative support to the depot, collaborating closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to assist in arranging appointments and fuel lead generation. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to the efficient running of the depot, enabling the team to reach and exceed depot targets.

You will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build effective working relationships with stakeholders. You will help keep critical processing equipment operating safely and efficiently, support improvements, and assist with monitoring plant performance through SCADA and process data. This is a role where no two days are the same breakdown response, inspections, project tasks, contractor supervision, and troubleshooting will all be part of your regular workload.
