You will be the main point of contact for all parts queries from customers and your branch colleagues. Key Responsibilities:Build and develop relationships with customers, delivering a first-class service, pro-actively keeping customers up to date and ensuring customer requirements are met.

You will ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly, and support and assist colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing.

You will also ensure that the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels are managed, by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.

You will spend your first year completing off site training (based at SETA in Washington - we provide transport for this) to achieve an apprentice standard qualification in Electrical Engineering, with the following 3 years spent on site supported by day release.

You will also need the following:

You will be required to use your own vehicle during business hours, and travel expenses will be reimbursed accordingly.

You must hold a valid driving licence. If you are currently learning to drive you may be considered. Please note - if you have considerable experience in a similar role, you may not be suitable for an apprenticeship.

You will also have the opportunity to network with a range of other apprentices on our programme who can share ideas, offer suggestions, and support.

You must be able to provide an official document stating how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications at the time of your application.
