Apprentice Recruitment Administrator jobs in Lisburn

You will join an established team of experienced engineers working on a range of building types across all business sectors including life sciences, defence, commercial, education, industrial, residential, leisure, healthcare and retail, within both public and private domains.

You will be responsible for providing administrative and customer service support within a busy purchasing and logistics function. This includes processing orders, updating internal systems, and liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

You will record, log and store information relating to confidential items, and liaise with suppliers and internal contacts.

You will also facilitate the movement of these confidential items between key locations and ensure all records are kept up to date and accurate at all times.
