You will be the first point of contact for new candidates in the hiring process, playing a critical role in identifying great candidates and telling the Datadog story. You will be intrinsic to the bidding and pricing of new opportunities, specifically on CSA activities and ensuring that those opportunities deliver to the ‘as sold’ fees and margins.

You will already be strong in technical design content, with an Architectural and Lead Designer bias, together with a proven capability in design management, digital technologies, and design workflow.

You will act as a strategic partner to customer executives, GTM leadership, and product teams. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, is energized by solving complex, real-world problems with data, and is motivated by seeing their work translate into both customer impact and product evolution.
