You will ensure buildings are designed to minimise fire risks, through contributing to the development of fire strategy reports, calculations and fire risk assessments.

You will be (ideally although not essential) literate with REVIT and have good technical skills along with being comfortable with clients. You will need to demonstrate the following capabilities and experience:

You will have a degree in Landscape Architecture.

You will have a strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual communication.

You will have an attractive hand-drawing style or the ability to rapidly develop compelling 3D visualisations that inspire clients and teams.

You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and AutoCAD.

You will ideally have cross‐sector experience but particularly in the healthcare (large scale) and/or education sectors (schools and colleges)

You will be asked to upload your CV/cover letter and we would also be interested in seeing a copy of your portfolio as part of your application.

You will have previous experience working all RIBA stages but primarily 1-5, taking responsibility for projects from inception to completion. The role requires you to partake in regular site visits and client meetings so being comfortable on site is essential.

You will also be a key member in helping to mentor and develop the junior members of staff whilst working to tight project deadlines.
