This role will lead the execution for activities such as organisational model changes, People integration following M&A activity, and changes.

You will function as an independent autonomous practitioner by virtue of in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience to lead and enable the Community Nursing team to provide a quality nursing service.
