You will be required to work as part of a team that supports the development of high quality early years services for children and families.

You will assist the Early Years Workers to provide children with a range of appropriate experiences and learning opportunities suitable for their age and stage of development within the context of local and national curriculum guidance and care standards.

You will need a good understanding of Autism for this role.

You should be able to handle challenging behaviour with calmness and consistency while employing positive reinforcement techniques and understanding the root causes behind certain behaviours. 6. Resilience and Emotional StrengthThe role can be emotionally demanding.

You will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Math and English, grade C/4 or above. Commitment to safeguarding children and good understanding of what this entails.
