You will be expected to deliver safe, high quality, compassionate care to our patients and assist the senior nursing team in providing innovative changes in service delivery. You will also assist the RAF Service Complaints Team with complaints submitted by members of the Armed Forces in accordance with legislation and Policy, as required.

You will liaise with all parties to the complaint or case management providing excellent customer service and produce Investigation reports or casefiles for Deciding Bodies as appropriate.

You will also have the reassurance of a job guarantee (18K-£35K) upon completion.

You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor to help you throughout your training.

You will gain practical experience by using practice labs which enable you to practice and master what you have learned.

You must also complete Spillage Logs and the Toilet Check sheets when you are stationed in them. Give all spillage log sheets to Customer Services at the end of your shift so they can log it down. You are expected to look presentable when on shift. Your uniform must be clean and tidy and you must wear the correct safety shoes unless you provide us with a Doctor’s note stating otherwise.
